One wedding and a Shed

Thanks to the incredible help of Dan and Pat Fisher and Dan Fisher Enterprises, our new Shed landed perfectly on the base prepared by Dan and his trusty Bobcat. Dan has also excavated and prepared a parking area  that will not become bogged down in the mud.

That Parking area will come in handy when Anna Santini, our farm manager, and Brooks Miller marry at the farm on June 2.

We also welcome new members of the staff. We will post pictures when I can get them to stand still long enough.

We are making plans for FARMFEST in October . We hope to show off our crafts as well  as those of local artisans. Fun, Food and Music and Games will mark our harvest festival.

A big thank you to all those people who bought trees in honor or in memory of a loved one. The baby trees are growing in the garden until they get big enough to stand on their own in the orchard. We raised over $2,000 thanks to your efforts.

A special thank you and congratulations to Rachel Grotzinger whose generous Bat-Mitzvah project and donation will serve us in good stead at Away.
